The position:
Based in our Kalgoorlie office, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, this position takes responsibility for allocated key accounts, along with staff members and their procurement processes, including internal and external sales. The position requires skills in warehousing, procurement processes, and customer service. Previous experience in a similar environment will be favourable. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the capability to fulfil the following criteria:
- Support the purchasing department by processing purchase orders to suppliers and from customers.
- Execution and monitoring of stock levels, participate in monthly stock takes.
- Support receipting and dispatching of items through the stores.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries going to customers and coming from suppliers, ensuring all items are delivered.
- Oversee Vehicle Fleet services and repairs.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Team focused and strong communication skills.
- Strong PC Skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Is self-motivated and is excellent with time management.
- Ability to learn new information quickly.
- Current WA Drivers Licence is essential.
- Current forklift Licence is beneficial.
