ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our quality engineering practice to drive improvements in quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product delivery teams to implement and maintain high-quality testing practices across various technologies. Your contributions will help drive faster cycle times and ensure high-quality deployments.
DUTIES
- Debugging failures and approving/reviewing pull requests
- Porting/migrating automation test cases and contributing to framework capability uplift
- Guiding or mentoring on best practices for Quality Engineering
- Refining test processes, methodologies, and measurements
- Implementing new tools and practices across teams and providing training
- Excellent communication and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated experience in API and UI testing
- Strong understanding of Git, Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
- Experience with TDD and BDD practices
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline, or relevant industry experience
- Established experience as a Quality Engineer
