Role Summary:
As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of projects from an administration and organisation perspective, from project acceptance to project completion. The role forms part of a corporate support team and works in synergy with the broader team to provide exceptional services to both internal and external clients. It is a diverse and active role, ensuring the effortless running of projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional services, corporate construction or consulting engineering.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Customer service skills, a high level of verbal and written communication skills, and strong computer skills including the use of Outlook and Microsoft programs.
- MS Word and document formatting skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment, and have a proactive, flexible approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Sound ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
- Ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs.
- Comfortable working autonomously, while being a key member of the team.
