Senior Qa/Qc Inspector

We are offering a unique and engaging opportunity for a skilled and qualified Senior Quality Control and Assurance Inspector in our Henderson operation.This role will provide the opportunity to direct and execute quality control strategies and outcomes, as well as developing, implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Control Systems in a supportive and rewarding environment.About the Role:This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday across our stainless steel fabrication, carbon steel fabrication and coatings facilities based in Henderson. Roles and responsibilities of this position include:Oversee Quality Controls Management throughout our production facilities
Ensure product's compliance to client's standards
Managing Quality Control (QC) Team and providing guidance and leadership
Review MDRs while ensuring compliance for ITPs
Ability to complete material inspection, final despatch inspection and approval.
Uphold a high standard of QC compliance throughout our workshops
Undertake the ongoing Supplier Audits and maintain relationships with key authorities in order to effectively deliver quality advice.
Provide advice and guidance to a range of workplace stakeholders as required, including during tender submissions.
Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation, including adding to and maintaining QA/QC records and ensure compliance.Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements set out below shall be considered;5 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role
CSWIP 3.1 Qualification essential
Oil & Gas experience preferable
Offshore experience is advantageous but not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in Investigation techniques and applications systems such as Taproot / ICAM or similar
“C” Class Driver's License
Demonstrated commitment to occupational health and safety, with safe work practices in a workshop.You must also be available to undertake a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol.
