Role Responsibilities:

• Manage asset finance primarily and unsecured loan recovery processes.
• Utilise your 5+ years of experience in recoveries/collections within the commercial finance industry to effectively handle debtor and asset location tasks.
• Handle administrations and liquidations, ensuring compliance with relevant legal concepts and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal firms and possess a strong understanding of defended legal recovery processes.
• Stay updated on government rules, regulations, and guidelines related to commercial recoveries on secured and unsecured loans.
• Utilize Salesforce and other relevant tools to streamline recovery operations.
• Represent the company as a witness and provide evidence when required.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to navigate challenging circumstances.
• Exhibit excellent written skills for documentation and correspondence purposes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recoveries/collections within the commercial finance industry.
• Proficiency in asset finance and unsecured loan recovery processes.
• Experience with debtor and asset location, administrations, liquidations, and defended legal recovery.
• Knowledge of relevant legal concepts and government regulations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle challenging circumstances with professionalism.
• Excellent written skills for documentation and correspondence.
