The Team
The recoveries team excel in navigating the complexities of both insured and uninsured loss recovery, offering tailored subrogation agreements for diverse needs.
The Role
Due to the ongoing growth of the firm, the team are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Recoveries/Construction team.
Collaborating with the Sydney partners, you'll engage in diverse insurance issues, specialising in subrogated recoveries, property, and construction claims, encompassing both coverage and defense counsel aspects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have between 3 and 5 years post admission experience in insurance law. Experience in subrogated recoveries, property and construction is also useful.
Additionally, you will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
