Job description

The Senior Account Manager will ensure that industry focused and specialised account plans are in place to leverage and/or build on Adecco's service offerings and capabilities within the Government Sector. You will be an expert in 360 recruitment, sales, marketing, business, technical and professional skills with ultimate responsibility for the success of the relationship.

Description

  1. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with government agencies, departments, and key stakeholders to understand their unique recruitment needs and challenges.

  2. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with their organisational goals and objectives.

  3. Talent Acquisition: Source, assess, and onboard top-tier candidates for a diverse range of government roles, utilising innovative sourcing techniques and best practices.

  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Government Sector, leveraging your network and industry expertise to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

  5. Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory compliance within the government recruitment landscape.

  6. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, implementing continuous improvements to optimise outcomes and exceed client expectations.

Profile

  • Prior Government Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in recruiting within the Government Sector, with a deep understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Relationship Building Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset coupled with a results-driven approach, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.

  • Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalising on business opportunities, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions to achieve shared objectives.
