Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd are seeking Senior Recruitment Consultants for our office based in Ormeau Industrial Estate on the bautiful Gold Coast. Spectra Recruitment opened in October 2020 on the beautiful Gold Coast. Located in Ormeau Industrial Estate, we specialise in Permanent Recruitment and Labour Hire across 6 specialisms: Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Construction, Oil&Gas and Mining, Australia Wide. Our team have over 20 years experience in recruitment across both the UK, Ireland & Australia, as well as hands on experience within our specialisms. We are a young, driven and motivated team, that deliver excellent service levels to our clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met. We work with SME's as well as large global organisations offering our expert advice, our in depth knowledge of the market and industries and we bring a bit of personality to the recruitment process whilst doing it. We want to change it up in the industry, and that we have been doing. Our clients receive dedicated recruiters that look after them every step of way. What does the role involve? Your bright, bubbly and enthusiastic self can expect the following:
360 Degree Recruitment desk
Maintaining, developing and growing a client and candidate database through expert Business Development techniques
Interviewing candidates F2F / Facetime/ Microsoft teams - We meet everyone! Relationships mean everything.
Shortlisting
Managing your brand through LinkedIn
Maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
Acting as a role model/support for Junior Recruiters
Utilising our CRM platform - Vincere
Who are you and what do we offer? Candidates must have previous experience within the Recruitment industry, either Internal or Agency, and understand a full 360 recruitment desk within Construction. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys Business Development as well as managing current client requirements. We want this person to own this role. You will have full support and flexibility to grow your own team internally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing team, own their desk, own the role, develop themselves and make money.
