- Coordinate the review of MSH learning and development practices, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contemporary public-sector requirements and assist in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
- Review client requests for training and development by appropriately identifying education needs (gap analysis), developing training plans, sourcing relevant resources and information and collating required training materials as requested.
- Lead the evaluation, analysis and reporting of learning and development data to support the measurement, performance and benefits of learning and development initiatives in MSH including planning, coordinating and undertaking quality audits of training initiatives and changes to ensure their effectiveness at a facility, division and service level.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients to meet strategic, business and operational objectives across the service including participating in local networks and engaging with external agencies in relation to learning and development matters.
