AddressBrightside Recruitment is a specialist agency established to provide recruitment, consultancy, and support to organisations and individuals within the Social Work, Allied Health & Wellbeing sector.

About you:
We're looking for an experienced (3+ years) 360 consultant to work a warm desk built by one of our founders to help shape the future of Brightside Recruitment.
Besides the obvious knowledge and experience of running a 360 degree recruitment desk, we're looking for skills in mentoring and coaching, a genuine passion to help make a difference in peoples lives, drive and determination to get the job done, passion, enthusiasm and a sales spark that could light up a room.
We're not asking for much, right!!?

Selection Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years exp. running a 360 degree recruitment desk.
- Proven track record of working towards/achieving KPIs and Targets.
- A genuine passion for the recruitment sector.
- Skills and experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Driving licence.
- Available to work full-time/5 days a week.
