Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key? We are seeking a National Bids & Submission Coordinatorand Senior EA Support to join our clients dynamic team. This role will support the Partner, Head of Tenant Representation, Australia, in managing the design and creative content for Tenant Representation and Occupier Strategy & Solutions in their presentations, bids, and submissions. Additionally, this role will provide senior executive support to key stakeholders within the department.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project management and collation of submission documents and pitch approaches.
- Curate pitch content and manage the pitch/pursuit process on all pursuits.
- Work alongside senior internal stakeholders to curate key messages and win themes.
- Create social media content linked to specific client-based projects.
- Regularly review and improve creative design tools and templates.
- Provide EA support to senior executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Co-ordinate and run business development meetings.
- Produce creative content for client projects and internal communications.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar and associated creative content and media.
- Assist in the creation of marketing EDMs for client projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Advanced Adobe InDesign skills are essential.
- Experience in bid and pitch management with demonstrated content and material creation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multi-layered projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong internal stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at a senior level.
