Experience, Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years+ Agency recruitment experience
- 2 years+ white collar engineering recruitment experience
- Proven 360° recruitment and new business development skills
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Drive, Ambition and Focus
- Willingness to learn and grow with a genuine career path
