Senior Recruitment Consultant - Senior Finance (Max Term)

About the role:
The opportunity will be on an initial Max Term (Maternity Cover) on a high performing warm Senior Finance desk in the Public Sector. You will have the opportunity to work with Senior Finance contacts across Local, State and Federal Government. There are key PSA agreements in place, so we need someone who can leverage our strong existing relationships and develop these further through excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk
• Achieve individual revenue targets and KPI's
• Step into warm relationships and build on them
• Developing relationships not only with Talent and HR teams but the business, working with CFO's, Head of Finance, Financial Controllers
• Establish and develop your own business and relationships
• Attend thorough job briefings and confidently present market updates and intelligence
• Sourcing and headhunting candidates through traditional channels and newer, innovative channels
• Consulting and coaching candidates regularly throughout the selection process

What we are looking for in you:
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or have experience within the Senior Finance market with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will have excellent planning and organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and be a positive and resilient person who thrives on challenges.
