Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Claims Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and resolution of Personal Injury claims for our corporate clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth technical analysis of complex Personal Injury claims.
• Collaborating with internal teams, legal experts, and external stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members on technical aspects of Personal Injury claims.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance claims resolution efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experienced in Personal Injury claims management or a related field.
• Strong technical background and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of NSW workers compensation rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a senior case management role is advantageous.
