About the Role
One Key Talent are currently seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter who will lead & grow the permanent, white collar vertical of the business. You will be responsible for building your own desk & maintaining strong relationships with the current clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Lead the white collar division
- Source new clients nationally & negotiate business terms
- End to End recruiting – you will oversee the full recruitment process
- Identify market trends and the needs of your clients
- Cultivate strong relationships with both clients & candidates so that you can find the right fit for both parties
- Collaborate with team members to drive business growth, meet targets, and exceed client expectations.
- Update CRM system
Experience required
- Experience as a 360 Recruiter, preferably across the Mining & Engineering, Technology, Finance or Heavy Industry sectors
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing and securing new business
- Preferably someone Brisbane based, however happy to look at interstate candidates
