Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Nurses invited to apply.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a diverse case load, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations
- Engage in specific services: Workplace Job Analysis, Assessments, ADL, Vocational & Psychological Assessments, and Project work
- Collaborate in a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Salary above market, ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

- Qualifications and accreditations – Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), and/or Nurse (AHPRA)
- Minimum 1 year of workplace rehabilitation experience
- Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing stakeholders
- Evidence of proactive Injury Management experience
