Our client, a premier organisation in the occupational rehabilitation sector, is in search of a dedicated Physiotherapist to assume the role of Senior Rehabilitation Consultant within their progressive team. What you will be doing:
- Manage a diverse case load, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations
- Engage in specific services: Workplace Job Analysis, Assessments, ADL, Vocational & Psychological Assessments, and Project work
- Collaborate in a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Salary above market, ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

- Minimum 1 year of workplace rehabilitation experience
