What you will be doing:
- Leading and coaching a team of dedicated consultants, ensuring they excel in their roles.
- Supervising the team's performance and maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Proactively identifying new opportunities and areas for growth within the organisation.
- Providing essential mentorship and training to junior staff members to foster their professional development.
- Offering expert guidance and coaching on case management practices, all while efficiently managing a caseload of your own.
- Identifying and addressing barriers to Return to Work and designing, implementing, and closely monitoring programs aimed at assisting injured employees in their journey back to the workforce.
- Salary above market ranging from $100,000- $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

- At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists or Social Workers
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
