In your role as a Team Leader, leverage your empathy, experiences, and dedication to provide comprehensive services that address the social, physical, psychological, and financial aspects of workplace injuries and illnesses. Work alongside a committed team, dedicated to facilitating a smooth and rapid recovery process for individuals, helping them achieve better health and increased productivity. What you will be doing:

  • Leading and coaching a team of dedicated consultants, ensuring they excel in their roles.
  • Supervising the team's performance and maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Proactively identifying new opportunities and areas for growth within the organisation.
  • Providing essential mentorship and training to junior staff members to foster their professional development.
  • Offering expert guidance and coaching on case management practices, all while efficiently managing a caseload of your own.
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to Return to Work and designing, implementing, and closely monitoring programs aimed at assisting injured employees in their journey back to the workforce.

  • Salary above market ranging from $100,000- $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

What you will need:
  • At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists or Social Workers
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
