Your Impact
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant - DVA to join our team in a unique role working with ex-defence personnel. This is an incredibly collaborative and rewarding role and enables you to:

• Assist with the recovery & return to work and life of ex-defence personnel following injury or illness;
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services providing holistic support to facilitate the return to work process;
• Support people to recover and return to employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, DVA personnel, specialists and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

About You:
We are looking for motivated individuals who are driven and who enjoy working as part of a large team. The ideal candidate will love a challenge and enjoy working closely with clients and customers to deliver great service!

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant registration/accreditation).
• Comcare accreditation (or willingness to obtain via Procare).
• Experience working within the DVA space is highly regarded but not essential.
• Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
