Senior Rehabilitation Consultant/Team Leader- Tamworth

We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant/Team Leader to join our team in Tamworth! Working closely with our State Manager, this role involves building and supporting our local team whilst servicing a caseload, and would suit an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career. This role will have an integral part to play in building out our Tamworth based team.

About You:

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with full relevant professional membership);
• Minimum 2-3 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation;
• Business development, leadership, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (highly regarded);
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
