• Deliver client projects across reward strategy, executive remuneration, employee reward and incentive design.
• Assist the practice leaders in developing best in class content and market insight.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate solutions that address client needs.
• Provide technical and strategic advice to functional heads, C-suite and Board stakeholders on complex people issues across industries.

What you will bringTo be successful, you will have proven experience in an operational consulting role, with expertise in employee rewards design and implementation. You will be proficient in position matching, job evaluation, executive and non-executive remuneration benchmarking, reward strategy, job architecture and sales incentive designs. You will have the ability to provide advice that is technically sound and strategically aligned to the client’s organisation and people strategy.How to apply
