This a 6-month contract opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR on several key remuneration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for market research and analysis of industry remuneration trends and reviewing market data to benchmark the organisation’s practices and programs. You will also design and launch a new benefit program to enhance the Employee Value Proposition and develop a remuneration framework for non-award employees. This is a broad strategic role working on high-profile projects.What you will bring
As the ideal candidate, you will have broad exposure to contemporary remuneration and benefit design and be able to provide advice and guidance on remuneration policy, market analysis, and benefit programs in a consultative and collaborative way with a strong ability to get stakeholder buy-in.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
- Proven ability to be analytical and handle data effectively with the ability to understand the market and trends over time
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
- Strong Excel skills
- Strategic and lateral thinker with strong analytical, conceptual thinking, problem solving and planning skills
