Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Research Administration Assistant to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Academic Division.
The position will work closely with the End of Life Directions in Aged Care (ELDAC) project and the Palliative Care Education & Training Collaborative teams, incorporating the PEPA & PCC4U Projects, to ensure the aims, activities and outcomes of the projects are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a bachelor’s degree with two years relevant work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
- Demonstrated experience with various administrative activities, ideally within a research environment;
- Demonstrated general organisational skills including the ability to manage time and high volume tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines within the context of competing demands;
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, email and internet;
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail in data entry, document handling, and data base applications;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Proven ability to take initiative and to make a positive contribution within a team.
