Why Your Role Matters:
As a Senior Research Fellow, you will have responsibility to contribute to, develop, participate in and implement research projects in relation to neglected tropical diseases, sexual and reproductive health, and other health issues in the Asia Pacific region.
The Senior Research Fellow position is within the and reports to , Senior Lecturer.
Who You Are:
- PhD in social sciences, public health or a similar field.
- International research experience in social and behavioural qualitative research with a focus on neglected tropical diseases and sexual and reproductive health in low- and middle-income countries, particularly in Asia and the Pacific.
- Experience in successful research training and capacity building in the Asia and the Pacific.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-quality research, including track record of obtaining competitive or contract research funding.
- Established track record of peer-reviewed publications and research reports relative to research opportunity.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills in a leadership role with a proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
