Form of workAn Immediate need for a senior Revit documenter to work on a mx of Sporting, Cultural and Education projects.
ABOUT THE COMPANYAn established award-winning Architectural design studio based in Melbourne's CBD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documenting a range of projects from early concept through to construction.
- Co-ordination of consultants.
- Working only in Revit.
- Working within a team and reporting to the project lead.
- A minimum of 4 years of local experience working as a documenter across complex education projects ($10 - 100 million).
- Project experience must be over $10 million, ideally close to $100 million.
- A full understanding of the documentation process from early design through to completion
- Technically minded-and process-driven
- Revit proficient (a must)
- Presentable, articulate and team-oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
- $85 - 105k + Super
