What your day-to-day looks like:
Assume a senior role in delivering commercial, industrial, and early education projects, overseeing the documentation process, you will foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and embody the company's culture and values. Proactively identify and address potential project risks, prepare scope of work briefs for tendering, and assess optimal project outcomes.

• Working on commercial, industrial, and early education projects
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders & role model the company’s culture and values
• Recognize and mitigate potential project risks and evaluate optimal project deliverables
• Take a lead role in delivering projects and oversee the documentation process

The skills you need:
To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional Revit skills, along with a keen understanding of construction documentation for commercial, industrial, and early education projects. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of relevant codes and Australian Standards. As a passionate and experienced professional, you will be adept at managing relationships with contractors and consultants in a professional manner, while ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Highly Proficient Revit Skills, able to create, and manage schedules, tags and work collaboratively
• Proven professional experience in mentoring and coaching a team in a professional setting using Revit
• An innate leader with demonstrated expertise in cultivating and managing relationships with contractors and consultants in a professional capacity
• A good understanding of construction documentation and detailing for commercial, industrial and early education projects
