JOB ROLE…
We are looking for a motivated, passionate & experienced Project Manager to join our enthusiastic team. This is a full time position where you will be required work hand in hand with our clients to nurture a flawless project planning experience, whilst meeting time & budget constraints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Effective relationship management with all stakeholders including prospective and existing clients, suppliers, staff, contractors and others
- Obtain and negotiate subcontractor / supplier quotes
- Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion including implementation and driving of project timelines
- Complete projects within time & budget constraints
- Manage any changes to scope, project variations and defects
- Manage all OH&S issues
- Provide effective direction & leadership to all direct reports and site staff
- Conduct site visits as required to ensure smooth and efficient project completion
PRE REQUISITES…
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail and Commercial Project Management
- Project estimating experience essential
- Microsoft projects experience recommended but not essential
- Commitment to delivering client satisfaction
- Demonstrated problem solving skills/Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Detailed understanding of Australian Building Standards
- Commitment to OH&S practices and standards
- Strong time management & prioritising skills
