Senior Sales Associate Oris Boutique Melbourne

Join the extraordinary team at Oris Boutique Melbourne, situated in the heart of Melbourne's CBD on Collins Street. We are currently seeking a passionate and highly experienced Senior Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, showcase and sell Oris timepieces, and contribute to the overall success of our boutique.
Oris Boutiques are a special meeting point for Oris friends and consumers alike. A place where ORIS the brand can be experienced, where people that know Oris well – or not yet at all – can dive into the world of the brand and see it from a new perspective.
- You will display the highest level of customer service to all clientele that visit the boutique, showcase and sell Oris timepieces.
- Handle after-sales requests and be involved in all general expects and handling of day-to-day operations.
- You are a passionate Sales associate that cares about the customer experience and creating a great brand journey.
- You are a team player, and you enjoy working with others and display great interpersonal skills.
Please apply if you have:
- Demonstrated retail experience, (Luxury industry beneficial)
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in high-end luxury retail.
- A strong communicator and a proactive person, willing to support the whole team to move the store forward and to help develop our brand further in Australia.

- Accustomed to working towards sales targets and KPI’s.
- Are passionate about building strong client relationships and growing rapport as well as being entrepreneurial minded.
- Highly organized and efficient with great time management skills.
- Present themselves with the highest level of professionalism.
- Help develop our client database through strong sales.
- Daily preformed security stock counts.
- Daily merchandising, including set up, stock rotation, new display concepts.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts as per boutiques opening hours, flexible to work weekends and the occasional late night.
- Trustworthy and lives the ORIS #GoYourOwnWay attitude.
