We are currently seeking aSenior Sales Consultant to join us full time in our Cockburn/Wangara WA region. This is a great opportunity to join a successful national company with 26 branches across Australia.
Experience in building customer relations, achieving sales targets, and exceeding customer expectations is preferred, with a proven track record. Experience in the Refrigeration/HVAC industry is also preferred. Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Monitor and follow up sales leads
- Maintaining existing client base
- Source new customers and build on current customer database
- Monitor and report on competitor and market activity
- Ensure customers are given updated information and sales promotions
- Monitor/ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with special quotes/prices.
