What you’ll do:
The purpose of the role is to connect with tradespeople all around Australia to help them grow their business by communicating the benefits they will receive by using the Service.com.au platform. As part of this role, you will:
- Source potential clients and develop relationships to identify new business opportunities
- Build long term relationships with new and existing trades clients
- Promote the benefits of using the service.com.au platform
- Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up all leads in a timely manner
- Ask discovery questions and use this information to close sales and sign tradies up to use our platform
- Handle and work through objections to reach a positive outcome
- Enjoy some friendly competition and smashing your weekly KPI targets
What you’ll need:
As a successful sales superstar at Service.com.au you will:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role (or impress us with an awesome attitude and desire to learn)
- Be passionate about helping tradies grow and expand their business
- Have a charismatic phone matter and be someone our clients want to talk to
- Have a growth mindset and a desire to be successful
- Be proactive knowing you get out what you put in
- Be resilient and be able to handle objections
- Have an ability to focus on the end goal and identify and solve problems
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be reliable and collaborative and have a team based approach
