Job description

Street Science is Seeking an Outgoing Senior Sales Executive that is willing to be at the forefront of our mission to elevate client satisfaction and propel revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with our existing client base, leveraging your expertise in account management to identify opportunities for expansion and increased profitability. Utilizing a data-driven approach, you'll uncover insights, anticipate client needs, and tailor solutions to drive measurable results.

We are looking to build a Sales team around the right candidate, so people skills and/or previous team management experience is advantageous.

Role and Responsibilities: 

Account Management : Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Revenue Generation: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts, developing strategic proposals to drive additional revenue streams.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and metrics to assess client performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.

Organization and Efficiency: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. Prioritize tasks effectively and follow up promptly to ensure timely responses and resolution of client inquiries.

Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address client concerns, ensuring a seamless experience and driving overall satisfaction.

Passion for Success: Demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and client interaction. Ideal candidate will take an interest in learning our product offerings back to front.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share insights and contribute ideas to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Initiative and Adaptability: Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Take ownership of challenges and actively seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles and drive results.
