This is an opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Construction professional, to challenge their career by stepping into a unique role, putting all your experience to greater use. The Senior Salesperson, will focus on securing Construction projects from the early phases and working closely with the project & design team to ensure the clients vision is bought to life. Main Responsibilities: Your daily responsibilities are varied, however, the key requirements include, Building client relationships to define project requirements and develop scope of works Working with the in-house design team to prepare design requirements Preparing quotes and tenders for clients Liasion with subcontractors to prepare pricing for works Working closely with Project Management team to develop project programs and schedules Managing project delivery phase, with the support of Site teams and Project Manager Your experience:To be successful within this role, you will have a well rounded understanding of the Construction process and have exceptional ability to work with a diverse range of personnel, additionally you will bring the following, Demonstrated knowledge of the Construction sector Ideally trade qualified or holding a Bachelor of Construction Management Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Ability to build effective relationships, both internal and external Work in a collaborative team environment Flexibility for site visits and meetings Benefits: Join a professional construction company, with stability in the industry and a full-turn key solution Excellent office environment and onsite manufacturing process, therefore, allowing complete overview of the Build requirements Competitive salary + Bonuses to reflect your hard work If this sounds like your next career move or you are interested in a discussion, please call Mel Evans at Verve Partners on 0416 129 042, or apply online with your current CV.
