We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join the specialist SAP team at UGL.
Due to business demand resulting from project wins and a strong pipeline of projects, we have created a new full time permanent SAP position to be based out of our beautiful North Sydney head office. We offer a modern office environment with fully equipped kitchens on every floor and comfortable seating where you can catch up with colleagues.
We offer the opportunity to work closely with a team of SAP EAM and PS specialists (Plant Maintenance, Project System, Sales & Distribution and Customer Service).
The opportunity
This is a varied hands-on role that will see you work in a highly successful A$4bn company. You will work across multiple industries to include new energy, utilities, telecommunications, defence and on projects such as the design and construction of an 877MWh battery energy storage system, a lithium hydroxide plant, seven new substations, a high voltage transmission line, and maintenance of transport hubs and electricity supply.
If you have Field Service Management experience, we will ask you to design and implement FSM into our New Energy, Tech Systems and Defence Lines of Business. If you haven’t yet experienced FSM, we will train you.
There is an opportunity to travel to site to gather requirements and see projects under construction. To develop a deep understanding of the business and provide input into tender responses and reviews.
About the role
Joining this specialist team of 6, you will support SAP Enterprise Asset Maintenance, Project System, Project control apps and project interfaces to support multi-million-dollar projects, providing business assistance and BAU support, design and implement improvements and enhancements. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyse, optimise, design, blueprint and deliver SAP Project System, Plant Maintenance, Sales & Distribution and Customer Service solutions.
- Design and implement Field Service Management into multiple Lines of Business.
About you
- Experience in a similar role with strong SAP PS PM SD CS FSM configuration skills and a sound background in SAP supporting tools
- Ability to engage a wide variety of business scenarios and provide authoritative input on SAP best practice
