Senior SAP Functional Analyst

Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this Government organisation as they seek a Senior SAP Functional Analyst. This individual will utilise their SAP payroll expertise for integrations with various other systems.

The role:

The primary purpose of a Time to Pay Functional Analyst role is to lead the design and delivery of solutions to meet project requirements. This includes coordination with various stakeholders to support and drive decision making through planning, design, quality assurance, build, test etc. to ensure delivery of the right solutions.

The projects are of varying complexity and size, in a multi-vendor environment. The projects could be related to enhancements to existing systems, addition of new components, regulatory and structural government reforms such as re-organisation by mergers /split, or strategic business initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the engagement with business stakeholders for requirements validation in projects of varying scale and size.
• Design and Develop solution options to meet business and governance requirements – working collaboratively with business and IT Delivery partners where appropriate.
• Coordinate and manage work with various stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.

Key experience:

• Demonstrated experience in designing SAP solutions and integration between SAP and Non-SAP applications in the Time to Pay functional domain
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ECC – core Time Management and Payroll Administration with an excellent understanding of how these components relate to other functional areas such as finance, organizational management, personnel administration.
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills in a multi-vendor environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
• Extensive experience implementing new solutions in the Time to Pay process domain using SAP as the core solution.
• Excellent understanding of the Time to Pay value chain and ability to work well with business stakeholders.
• Experience with integrating HTR and TTP data with other systems – via traditional middleware and also cloud-based integration such as SCPI.
