Senior School Administrator

Catholic College Wodonga has an exciting opportunity for an ongoing position to commence a soon as possible. The Senior School Administrator fulfills the essential role of VASS Coordinator for the college, ensuring effective and accurate management of the VASS database. This position also provides administrative support to the Senior School Leaders.

Key Selection Criteria:

Essential Education & Experience:

• Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Exceptional knowledge of database management & programs
• Exceptional knowledge of Google Applications and Microsoft Suite
• Current (or ability to gain) Working with Children Check 

Skills & Attributes:

• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders in to assist with the
• Implementation and delivery of learning programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to the creation of an environment of continuous improvement through the identification of improvements to processes and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Provide a high level of informed interpretation and advice to staff on the application of college policy and procedure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate with children, parents, school community and other stakeholders.
