The Role

Joining a team with two other Receptionists, our ideal candidate will be available to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, from 9.30am to 5.00pm.
As the Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our Senior School Reception, assisting staff, students, parents and the wider community.
Your responsibilities will include handling daily administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing mail, data administration and maintenance, preparing mail outs and managing the calendar.
About You
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in a front-of-house role, ideally within an education or similar setting.
You are highly professional in your work ethic and output, have excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming disposition.
Your attention to detail and time management skills, along with your strong ICT skills, will also be viewed favourably for this role.
