Our Client is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Lead to manage and uplift a fleet of technology assets in an agile and ever changing technical environment. The role has both a strong technology and business focus, ensuring key technology assets are managed effectively and efficiently to deliver key business outcomes, serving a broad range of stakeholders.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Financial Services experience mandatory.
- Define the product area work, including the dependencies across product areas and other teams.
- Break the work down and manage the backlog of work with your team leads, including capacity to deliver and prioritisation.
- Ensure delivery of agreed features, proactively allocating work across the teams and managing budgets, risks, and dependencies across the team.
- Create a safe environment where people are engaged in the work, motivated to deliver, and feel part of a highly effective team where it is safe to take up your role and raise concerns.
- Manage key technology assets, delivering incremental change and ensuring a well-managed business.
- Drive delivery of key product initiatives (simplification and proposition related), looking end to end to ensure business and technology combine to achieve desired organisational and customer outcomes.
- Ensure product related fix items that require technology delivery are coordinated, prioritised and delivered in accordance with requirements.
- Lead a large cross-functional team across multiple geographies.
