Job Description
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Senior Shipping Coordinator role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a Senior Shipping Coordinator at Pillow Talk, your overall purpose is to ensure cost-effective and timely shipment and delivery of products from international sources to optimise supply chain functions that support our overall company objectives. You'll act as a communication link between Pillow Talk and our suppliers, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed during the end-to-end shipping cycle. You'll be accountable for leading and executing day-to-day shipping activities, ensuring compliance, thorough documentation checking and that invoices are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting other areas of the business with managing payments and costings.
A bit about you...

• At least 3 years of international freight forwarding experience with comprehensive import, customs, and shipping knowledge
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics concepts
• Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with internal customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Results-driven and strong appetite for achieving shipping objectives
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
• Ability to work independently and to use initiative and judgment to solve problems effectively and achieve results
