Senior Site Engineer

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers for a Senior Site Engineer position, working for a civil engineering consultancy. This role is predominantly based on site in the Redlands region of Brisbane.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supervision of all construction activities ensuring the high quality outlined in the specifications are met whilst continuously driving performance, addressing any inadequacies;
• Ensuring documentation of all inspection and auditing processes are completed whilst adhering to QA requirements to local council and utilities provider standards;
• Maintaining records of construction activity including monitoring contractor’s QA reports;
• Liaising with clients and sub-consultants as the project requires;
• Reviewing and submitting applications and documentation to Unitywater and local councils.

To be successful in your application we seek candidates with the following attributes:

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or project management;
• Circa 10 years' experience working on urban and land development projects in Australia;
• The ability to read and interpret design drawings in order to make comments for constructability issues and cost effectiveness;
• Holder of a white/blue card and valid drivers' license.
