About The Role
- The Construction Site Manager will be required to manage one project at any one time
- Construction of high-quality residential projects maintaining site and construction integrity.
- Sites must always maintain a high WHS level, and excellent customer service and communication to clients must be provided.
- Project to be based in the Avoca Beach
Duties
- Site Management and Coordination of all Building Works (On-Site)
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
- Provide regular communication to clients/project manager on job progress and advising them on scheduled works
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities
- Maintain job site integrity regularly including site cleanliness and ensuring all trades and subcontractors have relevant site induction/WHS Paperwork
- Complete inspections on all jobs
- Maintain the Construction Programme
- Maintain Quality Inspection Checklists
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing Residential or commercial multi-story projects with a value in excess of $10M
- Experience managing multiple trades, dealing with disputes motivating the team
- Able to understand, interpret construction drawings and excellent understanding of class 2 construction and BCA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and must have a strong decisive personality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
