Salary- Prepare site mobilization and execution plan.
- Manage site administration, organization and resource plan.
- Advise in installation activities planning and coordination.
- Manage site execution schedule and follow the progress of activities.
- Ensure local laws and regulations are followed.
- Ensure site induction is carried out for all personnel working at site.
- Organize meetings at site.
- Establish and maintain good site reporting practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of work progress reports.
- Highlight the economical construction and cost saving working procedures.
- Manage site budget and costs.
- Participate in subcontracting and local purchases.
- Safeguard the compliance with Quality and HSSE policies and minimize risks at site execution.
- Ensure the quality control at site.
- Manage site demobilization activities.
- Ensure that contractual requirements are fulfilled, and the project is handed over to the customer.
- BSc or MSc level degree or equivalent work experience from electrical field
- Solid experience of Site Manager and/or Project Manager duties for 5-10 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate highly complex engineering, construction and operational issues
- Understanding of Inverter, Converter, Transformer, Battery, Circuit breaker, Fuse, AC/DC power supply electrical equipment.
- Understanding of utility generation project engineering, construction, and commissioning practices.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
