About the role
The Site Manager is pivotal in guaranteeing the seamless and efficient execution of construction projects. Through collaboration with Project Teams, Trades, and Subcontractors, the Site Manager ensures effective coordination and alignment of efforts, maintaining a steadfast focus on safety, quality, and adherence to the project schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating various trades, undertaking site set-out, and assisting in scheduling trades. Additionally, the Site Manager actively contributes to developing short and medium-range construction programs.
About you
- 5+ years site experience in construction management with a focus on fit-outs and refurbishment projects would be an advantage
- A proven track record successfully delivering projects ranging from $10-50M+
- A comprehensive understanding of construction practices, sequencing methodologies
- Strong time and project management skills to ensure project are delivered on time and to expected standards
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence outcomes
- Computer proficient and comfortable navigating email, word, project and Construction Software
