A nationally recognised Fitout and Refurbishment company, specialising in the delivery of high-quality projects for their repeat Government, Defence, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality and Private clients across Canberra, ACT. This company is looking for a Site Manager to join their experienced team.
About the Position.
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to support the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects. Working alongside a skilled Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the project team in all day-to-day operations and running various projects across Canberra. You will monitor and manage subcontractor works on site and ensure the timely delivery of your projects.
Duties.
- Oversee day to day running of on-site operations
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor management and programme management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks and site inductions
- Trade qualification is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-rise residential experience is highly desirable
