Form of work Trusted Canberra Developer/Builder seeking Senior Site Manager for a $25m residential Project Your new company A reputable developer/builder is well established in the Canberra market. They deliver a range of commercial, residential and industrial projects up to $50m in project value. They are a trusted, reliable builder, widely recognised and respected in the Canberra market. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team permanently to deliver a variety of residential projects. Your new role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site. This includes quality, OH&S, subcontractors and working closely with the Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered in budget, on time and to a quality and safe standard.
Establishing site and manage through to completion;
Coordinate subcontractors;
Ensure quality delivery in line with project timeline;
Liaise with multiple stakeholders including the client; and
Ensure the site is safe and in line with WHS standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge of steel structures;
A trade background is preferred;
Ability to problem solve, interpret detailed drawings and buildability;
Show proven commitment and passion for your job;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
