Senior Site Manager

The role involves a blend of on-site and office-based responsibilities. A Site Manager within our organization will take charge of:

• Supervising the overall execution and delivery of multiple construction projects, its subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordination of tradespeople, materials, and suppliers to align with project plans, specifications, finishings, and timelines.
• Overseeing all aspects of workplace health and safety protocols on-site, with administrative support from the Appex team.
• Engaging with regulatory entities, design teams, and clients as required.
• Conducting on-site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and Australian Standards.
• Managing on-site labour to adhere to project schedules.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with internal management systems.

Requirements for our Site Manager include:

• A current driver's license.
• Construction White Card.
• Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Silica Awareness certification
• A personal set of tools and equipment.
