Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and Node.js.
Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Node.js.
Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE.
Expertise in Node.js frameworks such as Express, Koa, and NestJS.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
