We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Demonstrated expertise in designs of scalable and resilient solutions.
Experience in the use of microservices and restful API design patterns
Knowledge of how to apply best-practice security techniques to web applications and APIs
Ability to design scalable and secure enterprise applications capable of handling high traffic
Stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Experience building solutions leveraging Strong familiarity with public cloud engineering (AWS or Azure).
Having built solutions using event based patterns.
Experience in retail banking covering one or more of the areas Credit Risk, Personal Loans or Credit Card Issuing.
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Build and hosting technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Cross Plane, Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Template)
Source code control tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS (Amazon Web Service) CloudFormation + AWS Code Pipeline, Azure DevOps, Bitrise)
Advanced in at least 1 to 2 programming languages and sounds understanding in:
Back-end runtime: C# .NET
Expert and enterprise experience in modern application design patterns:
REST API services
Enterprise experience in cloud hosting platform:
AWS cloud – desirable
