About the Role:
Exciting Opportunity Ahead! Construction Sciences is seeking a Senior Technician / Project Manager for a bridge project in Dubbo, NSW.
After the project, you can either join our Dubbo Lab as a permanent employee or gain management experience through a 6-12 month project and return to your original location (accommodation supplied).
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team, oversee project operations, ensure exceptional client outcomes, and provide guidance.
Your responsibilities include Project Management, leading testing and analysis on complex soil and concrete samples, maintaining high standards within time and budget constraints.

What We're Looking For:

• Australian / NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Combined 5+ years Soil & Concrete testing experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Certificate IV Laboratory Techniques
• Familiarity with NATA signatory approvals (preferred)
• Proficiency in Australian Standards for Soil, Concrete Testing
• Nuclear Density Meter operator's license (preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
• Ability to guide junior technicians on the project
