About the Role:
Opportunity knocks! Following a project win, Construction Sciences seeks a Senior Technician for a 6-12 month bridge project based in Dubbo, NSW.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team, oversee project operations, ensure exceptional client outcomes and provide guidance to your team.
Your role will involve project management, spearheading testing and analysis efforts on complex soil and concrete samples all while maintaining high standards within allocated time and budget constraints.

What We're Looking For:
- Australian / NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Combined 5+ years Soil & Concrete testing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Certificate IV Laboratory Techniques
- Familiarity with NATA signatory approvals (preferred)
- Proficiency in Australian Standards for Soil, Concrete Testing
- Nuclear Density Meter operator's license (preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Ability to guide junior technicians on the project
