Senior Solution Architect - Sydney City - Up to $220,000 package

Your new organisation:

We are currently partnering with a global real estate giant who are seeking a Senior Solution Architect.

The company offer an exciting culture with an array of employee benefits, and the successful candidate will be working in a dynamic environment alongside senior-to-c-level employees.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between non-technical and technical stakeholders in order to create real-world technical solutions.

Communication and an ability to influence decisions alongside internal and external stakeholders is key. You will also be involved in creating roadmaps and designing architectural solutions for enterprise-level systems and platforms.

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 7 years' working experience in enterprise-level IT environments
• Data modelling skills and proof of concept design
• Prior experience implementing data driven applications within digital transformation
• Data-Translation skills with an ability to explain complex technical technology to non-technical executives
• Experience giving presentations in architectural review panel
• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues
• Strong organisational, facilitation and critical thinking abilities
• Experience working with offshore teams
